Puerto Vallarta: Canopy Tour

At the end of July, Jared and I went on a Mexico cruise with the Rummlers. It was a lot of fun going on a cruise (I love them!). Sadly, I was really bad with taking pictures so I don't have that many. Below are a few of the pictures that I did take.

First day on the ship Jared and I each got massages. OMG! It was one of the best massages I have ever had. I got the Seaweed wrap. This is where they put this seaweed paste on your body then wrap you up to let it sink into your pours, you wash it off, then they wrap you again to sweat all the toxins out of your body, then you get a full body massage. I have had these before and I loved them, however, this time I added the floatation bed. It felt like I was lying on a table then I was submerged and was floating on this water bed. If you ever get the chance to do this and are not claustrophobic, then defiately do this!

Since there are issues in Mazatlan, we staying in Cabo San Lucas for two days. It was a blast! We had originally signed up to do a snorkel tour but they had a ton of jelly fish, so we all voted to just take a water taxi to another beach and relax. Both days we just layed on the beach and played in the water. I wish the water in California was a nice as the water in Cabo. If it was, I would actually go in it.

After Cabo San Lucas, we were in Puerto Vallarta. Jared, Sean, Micah and I went on a Canopy Tour, while Dad, Mom, Kelsea and Jake went on a Pirate Ship Adventure. (Pictures from our Canopy tour in a seperate post.) The Canopy Tour was a lot of fun. However, the day after I had over 80 mosquito bites on my legs. I looked like I had the chicken pox. They itched so bad, so for the rest of the trip (2 days) I was miserable. Thankfully, Jared's mom had Vicks Vapor Rub and that was AMAZING!!!! It stopped the itching and felt so good.

This was such a wonderful vacation. I wish I had taken more pictures, oh well... next time.

Newest Member of our Family

Meet the newest member of our little family. His name is Stitch. Stitch is a 3 month old Yorkie Terrier. We love him so much. He is such a joy in our family. He loves to play with his tiny tennis ball, his tiny rope and chew on his tiny bones. Every toy we bought had to be miniture size because he is so small. Right now he weighs in at 2.4 pounds. The vet said that he should get to be about 7-10 pounds but I honestly think he wont get more than 6 or 7.

Old Friends

This is my friend Ashley. We were best friends in elementary school. After elementary school, Ashley and her family moved to Missouri. We haven't seen each other in about 12 years. She came down and we got to spend some time together at Disneyland. It was great to see her again and catch up on old times.

Flying Building??

I took this picture at my cousin's wedding in Missouri. Its a reflection from one of the windows. If you look closely it looks like a floating building in the sky with a walkway leading to it.

St. Louis Wedding Trip

In the beginning of June we flew to St. Louis, MO for my cousin, Christine's, wedding. It was a really fast trip, it was extremely hot, but it was a lot of fun. We stayed at the Hyatt in St. Louis, where the wedding took place. It was a beautiful wedding on top of the hotel. Here are some of the pictures from our short trip.
